WARRANTY - REFUND POLICY

1. Where can I get product warranty?

2. Can I get a free product warranty?

Your product is covered by a free genuine warranty when:

It is still under warranty (based on the warranty stamp/card or the time of electronic warranty activation).

The warranty stamp/card is intact.

The product has a technical defect.

Cases where a warranty fee may be incurred:

The product is out of warranty.

The product is broken, deformed, burned, exploded, damp in the engine or damaged during use.

The product is damaged due to user error, not due to inherent defects of the goods.

3. How long does it take for me to receive the warranty product?

If your product is still under warranty on the warranty card of the Manufacturer, Fahasa encourages you to call as soon as possible for the fastest warranty support.

In case you send the product back to us, the expected warranty period is within 15 - 30 days depending on the availability of replacement parts from the manufacturer/product defect (not including shipping time to and from). For products

4. What are the warranty methods?

Products at we will be warranted in 1 of the following 3 ways:

Invoice: customers bring the direct invoice or value-added tax invoice with product information to get warranty.

Warranty card: comes with the product, has full information about the warranty location and warranty conditions.

Warranty stamp: a special stamp used only once, affixed directly to the product. Products still under warranty must satisfy the condition that the stamp is intact and the warranty period must be before the date written on the stamp.

The policy will be applied and effective from August 1, 2022.
