SHIPPING POLICY

After you have successfully placed an order, our Customer Care team will contact you at the phone number you provide to verify your order, and notify you of the time you receive the goods, along with according to other necessary information. After the verification process is successful. Orders will be delivered to you within the following time period (Orders outside office hours will start from the next morning):

Orders placed on Sunday will begin shipping the following Monday.
Orders placed outside office hours will be timed starting at 8:00 am the next day

Some notes when receiving goods:

Before delivering the goods to you, the postman of the Shipping Partner will contact you via your phone number about 3 to 5 minutes in advance to confirm the delivery.

If you cannot be present during the first delivery, we will try to contact you at least 2 more times (in 02 different delivery shifts) to arrange the delivery time, please pay attention to your phone to contact the delivery postman.

If after 3 times of contacting the delivery, we still cannot contact you to deliver the goods, we will notify you of the cancellation of the order. In case you have paid in advance for the order, you will receive the money back into your account within 5 - 7 working days, depending on the processing progress of the bank. The amount you receive back will be deducted from the shipping costs incurred from the delivery but you do not receive the goods.

In case you do not agree to receive the goods due to the reason that our goods are not guaranteed, not as described, delivered later than committed, ... Your order will be refunded to us and canceled on our system. If you have paid in advance for the order, you will receive the money back into your account within 5 - 7 working days, depending on the processing progress of the bank. The amount you receive back will be the entire amount paid for the order (including shipping fees).

In case the order being delivered to you has signs of tearing, denting, wetness, holes, loss of seal, ... Please carefully check the quality of the product inside before receiving the goods. You have the right to refuse to receive the goods and notify us to support the delivery of a new order or cancel the order, refund.

In case you do not need to receive the goods, you can notify the carrier about this. Your order will be refunded to us and canceled on the system. In case you have paid in advance for the order, you will receive the money back to your account within 5 - 7 working days, depending on the processing progress of the bank. The amount you receive back will be deducted from the shipping costs incurred from the delivery but you do not receive it.

We will notify you immediately if there is a delay in the delivery time compared to the expected time above. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any loss, debt, damage or cost arising from late delivery. In case of delay in delivery, if you no longer need to receive the goods, Fahasa.com commits to support you to cancel the order. If you have paid in advance for the order, you will receive the money back to your account within 5 - 7 working days, depending on the processing progress of the bank. The amount you receive back will be the full amount paid for the order (including shipping costs).

The product is packaged according to our packaging standards. If you have other special packaging requirements, please notify us in advance when placing your order and allow us to charge an additional fee for this special requirement.

For any information about changing products or canceling orders, please notify us as soon as possible so that Fahasa.com can adjust the order.
